An umbrella maker artisan will make a demonstration of live elaboration of Ezpeleta High Quality premium umbrellas at Bisutex.
On September 13th and 14th, Ezpeleta will carry out a demonstration of handcrafted umbrella production of its High Quality brand at the Bisutex fair. It is the commitment to the local, artisanal production, tradition and passion of a timeless and elegant product, where the new collection of fabrics for the autumn-winter season 2019/2020 will also be presented.
Ezpeleta began its journey more than 80 years ago handmaking umbrellas in Gipuzkoa (Oñati). Today they continue from that same place searching for the highest quality and exclusivity with their Ezpeleta High Quality line. Limited editions of 100% handmade umbrellas, using selected fabrics and handles of noble materials, which are a great pride for the firm.
During the event, an umbrella craftswoman will make the umbrellas in situ. Anyone who approaches will have the opportunity to see how these umbrellas are made, know the materials used, and the care and the know-how of Ezpeleta to get a Premium quality umbrella collection.
The live event schedule will be as follows:

New Catalina Estrada umbrella collection for Ezpeleta, a colorful collection that connects with nature.
Birds and felines, leaves and flowers are the motifs used in this new umbrella collection designed by Colombian illustrator Catalina Estrada in collaboration with Ezpeleta. A totally unique colorful collection that connects with nature.
Since the launch of the first collection in 2011, there are already six collections designed by Catalina Estrada and produced by Ezpeleta, in which the umbrella making expertise combines perfectly with Catalina’s wonderful designs, thus achieving a unique, quality product.

For the presentation of the new AW19 campaign, Ezpeleta moves to a privileged environment, an old marble quarry located in Karrantza, Bizkaia, and converted into a natural auditorium for a few years.
Ezpeleta is inspired by nature, architecture and modern art to create its collection of prints, in which floral, animal and geometric patterns are the leaders.
The umbrellas stand out for their finishes and details such as ribbed, braided and wooden handles, waterproof cases and other details such as embroideries.
